Tomecek Studio Building

The Tomecek Studio Building is a 4,600-square-foot multi-use building located in the Highland neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Designed to complement the character of this vibrant urban area, the project delivers a refined and modern space that blends functionality with architectural quality. Aschermann provided civil engineering services to support the successful development of the project. Our team assisted in permitting of the project through the City and County of Denver, including preparation of a Transportation Engineering Plan (TEP), Sewer Use and Drainage Permit (SUDP), and Denver Water Plans. The design scope included site grading and utility design, with particular attention to the rerouting of an existing sanitary service line to accommodate the new building. Through careful coordination with local agencies and a detailed understanding of site constraints, Aschermann delivered efficient, compliant solutions that aligned with the project’s design intent
