Bethesda Park

Bethesda Park is a new two‑acre neighborhood park in University Hills North, created in response to growing community needs for open space, recreation, and dog‑friendly amenities. Informed by robust public engagement and local demographic insights, the park offers safe, flexible outdoor space that supports a rapidly evolving neighborhood.

Aschermann Consulting provided civil engineering services integral to the park’s development, including utility design, stormwater management and rain garden integration, and site grading to support drainage performance and long‑term sustainability. Our team also ensured ADA‑compliant circulation and accessible connections throughout the site, supporting a welcoming and inclusive community environment.
