Swift Implementation of Green Infrastructure (SIGI)

The Swift Implementation of Green Infrastructure (SIGI) program is a citywide initiative designed to deliver sustainable stormwater management improvements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Aschermann Consulting provided comprehensive civil engineering services to support the planning, design, and implementation of green infrastructure facilities across multiple urban sites. Services included existing conditions assessments, utility coordination, site layout design, grading, erosion and sediment control, and hydrologic analysis. Working closely with landscape architects, City staff, and project stakeholders, the Aschermann team helped streamline project delivery through effective coordination, technical expertise, and responsive engineering solutions. The program advances the City’s sustainability and resilience goals by integrating green infrastructure into the urban environment while maintaining an efficient design and review process.
